5. Parent Consents & Acknowledgments

Important: These acknowledgments are operational starter language and should be reviewed by your attorney and insurance provider before public launch, particularly because events may operate in multiple states and may include minors, food vendors and venue-specific risks.

I understand that a responsible adult must remain responsible for the youth vendor as required by event rules, and that Kids Kreative Marketplace is not providing childcare or custodial supervision. *

I have read and agree to the Vendor Rules, including setup/breakdown procedures, approved-product requirements, respectful conduct, safety rules, and compliance with venue and local laws. *

I understand that participation in a public marketplace involves ordinary risks, including trips/falls, weather, crowds, property loss or damage, product-related incidents and other event conditions. To the extent permitted by law, I voluntarily assume those ordinary participation risks for myself and the youth and agree to follow all safety instructions. *

I understand that the parent/guardian and vendor are responsible for their merchandise, booth property, sales transactions, taxes, licenses/permits, product safety and any insurance required for the items or services offered. *

I agree that unsafe, discriminatory, harassing, deceptive or disruptive conduct may result in removal without refund, subject to the published event policy. *

Optional media consent: I authorize event photography/video of the youth vendor and booth for Kids Kreative Marketplace promotional, educational and recap use without additional compensation. I may decline this box and still apply.

I consent to the collection and use of the information in this application for event administration, safety, communication and vendor review as described in the Privacy Policy. *
